Needed a washing machine part before I left town and looked online and found a bunch. I wanted it sooner so I called All Appliance Parts, unfortunately, they did not have my part in stock, but he said he could have it overnighted. I was waiting for an awfully expensive price, but the part and shipping was a little less then I found it elsewhere. I had it the next day. They are my go-to part supplier.

Stellar service positive interaction. Very knowledgeable, genuine, helpful, and accommodating. My experience was exceptional. Shane and Chris were polite and friendly. Even though I live in Tampa, I opted to make the drive because the part I needed was priced more competitively then my local options. Although, they did offer to mail it to me for a little extra. As a woman, when looking for the part at other stores, I was treated as if I had no idea what I was talking about. I never experienced this at All Appliance Parts. Shane, Chris, and the gentleman sitting at the counter when I picked up the part were respectful and warm. I would definitely recommend them and will return if I need their services again. I had both my Dishwasher and Refrigerator down at the same time. Shane was so helpful he actually put the part on my dishwasher tray. And my part for the refrigerator was in within 24 hours. I was looking for a bulb for my second wind air purifier. Looked all over the internet. Called the company and the lady gave me bad information. She said try to contact all appliance parts. I called and talked to Chris. He said I needed a small bracket. To come down and he would give me one. I showed him the old bulb and he said he had the exact match for the bulb. He and the other gentleman in there were very professional and friendly. I will definitely go to them when I need a part and will recommend them to everyone. It\’s a breath of fresh air to deal with these types of friendly employees. They went out of their way to help me.

Christian and I have successfully made washers, dryers, stoves and refrigerators function and look like new.
