Stellar service Positive interaction Very knowledgeable Genuine Helpful Accommodating My experience was exceptional. Shane and Chris were polite and friendly. Even though I live in Tampa, I opted to take the drive because the part I needed was priced more competitively then my local options. Although, they did offer to mail it to me for a little extra. As a woman, when looking for the part at other stores, I was treated as if I had no idea what I was talking about. I never experienced this at All Appliance Parts. Shane, Chris and the gentleman sitting at the counter when I picked up the part were respectful and warm. I would definitely recommend them and will return if I need their services again.
